Where can I purchase a pump?

I purchased my shocks used, and I have no idea what the application is.
Refer to the part number located on the Rebound Eyelet and call FOX at 1-800-369-7469.

Do I need to service my shocks?
Yes, your shocks need service just like any other part on your vehicle. Seals do eventually wear out and lose their performance. Call FOX at 1-800-369-7469 to get detailed info on how to set up a service. Do not just send it in before calling.

Can I make my shock/shocks longer or shorter?
In some cases this can be done, however it will be quite costly due to the replacement of all length-specific parts.

I am having issues with the set up/tuning of the shocks.
Refer to your owner's manual (link to manual). If you cannot solve the problem on your own, call FOX at 1-800-369-7469.
