07.06.10 Johnstown, PA The Ironman, John Natalie, of the Motoworks/Can-Am team returned to the top step of the podium for the first time in 2010 this past weekend at Pleasure Valley Raceway in the hills of Pennsylvania. FOX Racing Shox riders have swept the Pro ATV podium several times this year and this weekend was no exception. Natalie was followed in overall results by Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki rider Josh Creamer and Walsh Race Craft sponsored rider Jeremy Lawson, respectively.
Natalie started the day out with a bang, pulling the first moto holeshot and holding off defending champion Dustin Wimmer for a wire-to-wire victory. Lawson put in his strongest effort of the season for a 3rd place moto finish. Creamer made things interesting by carving his way through the pack from a lackluster start to finish fourth in the moto.
Losing points to his championship rival and teammate in the first moto, Creamer finished the day out the best way he knew how; with a convincing moto victory. Natalie put in a solid effort to secure his overall victory by placing 2nd in moto two.
The Pennsylvania fans roared as Natalie celebrated his first overall victory in quite some time. Congratulations to Natalie and the rest of the Fox Racing Shox riders on a very successful weekend!
