GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Summary:
Responsible for visually communicating the FOX Racing Shox brand message through appropriate design of: website, catalogues, product graphics, corporate collateral, advertising, promotional items and tradeshow design.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, design and produce catalogues for all FOX markets.- Create, design and maintain/update FOX website.
- Work with outside agency to produce product colors and graphics.
- Work with vendors for manufacturability.
- Create, design and produce promotional items for all FOX markets.
- Create and design style guides for distributors, internal departments and vendors as necessary.
- Create, design and produce tradeshow graphics for all FOX markets.
- Create, design and produce advertisements as necessary, working with outside agency when necessary.
- Assist in Photo procurement for all markets by working with FOX sponsored athletes and photographers to create imagery for catalogs, brochures and tradeshows.
- Assist with catalog copy writing.
- Assist in product and technology naming.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Special, internal projects, such as manufacturing artwork, etc.- Assist with Tradeshows as necessary.
- Travel as necessary.
- Assist with Internal Marketing and events as necessary.
Qualifications:
B.A. and/or 5 years experience working in a Design firm/Agency or related field.Necessary Attributes:
- Must be excellent designer and communicator who enjoys working with people.- Must be self-starter, pro-active person.
- Bicycle/Motorsports enthusiast a plus.
WEB DEVELOPER

CNC OPERATOR
Position Summary:
Operator will load, unload, and inspect parts during the machining process. Operator will be responsible for the quality of the parts being produced and for achieving production standards. This position requires de-burring, polishing and washing parts at the machine on some work. Other duties may be assigned as needed.Essential Functions:
- Operates a CNC machine with routine supervision- Performs basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimals
- Maintains dimensional tolerances between + .0003 and + .005 or greater
- Interprets basic dimensions on a print
- Utilizes precision measuring instruments such as: calipers, micrometers, gauge pins and depth micrometers accurately
- Loads, unloads and inspects parts while maintaining published Parts Per Hour standards
- Maintains accurate part counts, fills out and attaches ID tags and completes move tickets
- Reports and asks supervisor/lead for assistance with machining problems
- Follows documented operator procedures such as inspection check sheets and operator notes
- Maintains a clean work area and observes all safety procedures
- Executes machine offsets and tool changes with direction of supervisor
- Produces parts with less than 2% scrap rate on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent- Must complete mathematics portion of FOX Operator Test with a minimum score of 80%
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic understanding of machining processes
INVENTORY SUPERVISOR - DAY SHIFT
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of non-exempt employees in the stockroom to ensure proper training, workload planning and process execution.Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily stockroom operations, including material handling, order picking, job pull, inventory transfers, kan ban fill, cycle counting and back stocking.-Staff, train, evaluate and develop stockroom employees.
-Provide cycle count and physical inventory support. Audit physical inventory counts, reconcile inventory transactions and report results to management.
-Collaborate with swing shift supervisor on process improvements.
-Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years inventory control experience to include extensive cycle counting, auditing, and root cause analysis within a metrics driven environment.-Minimum 2 years directing and evaluating employees.
-Excellent communication skills verbal/written with ability to lead by example.
-Ability to manage a cross-functional group within a fast paced environment.
