RACE FOR TARA 3 AT NORTHSTAR UPDATE FROM FOX'S SCOTT PAPOLA

Last weekend I went down to Northstar at Tahoe with a couple friends to compete in the Race for Tara. This event was put on really well and had a ton of vendors and spectators, money, and for the most part was for an awesome cause! There was also activities on Saturday night were everyone got to gather around and hangout with Tara. There was a pretty stacked pro class consisting of 30+ competitors. This race was a true test of your all around bike handling ability because you had to pace yourself for the 10min course, be fit and have the northstar tech rocky handling ability.

By the end of the race I ended up 5th finished behind winner Adam Craig followed closely by Evan Turpen, Mark Weir and Jared Rando. I had a run and strategy planned out in my head and was able to pull it off so I'm happy with the result. Good way to come to the end of the year and confidence for 2010. My bike and gear worked flawlessly letting me just focus on the goal of having a good race run. I attached some photos and results sheet. Thanks for the support!
